Samsung members notifications

Still not getting any notifications from the members app.

Yea I notified @Sam_UK the other day.
Seems it works for some and not others

I have cleared the app cashe and data, but still the same
All i can suggest is report the issue so they have more information to work with

I have reported this bug also, I'm getting notifications on the website & emails but not within the app.

Yes I'm on the members app. I also noticed if you check the notifications in the app they don't show in there either.

I did experience the same issues for days, but for now, it's been OK it works sometimes and doesn't at the same time.

I use web version of community when it's fixed.

I'd already reported it's the same for me with notifications on comments and likes stopped on the 03/06/25. Hopefully it's something they can sort easily or provide some information over at least.

Same here not since 3 June was my last notication on this site. Waiting for the new members update expected later this month hoping it fixes the issue.
